Project Challenges

Initially, the homeowners believed their space couldn’t accommodate a pool, and they were unsure how to bring their wishlist together. By reimagining the space through a design-build lens, we revealed its full potential.

We addressed tight spatial constraints with compact luxury features like the Soake Pool, and carefully managed grading and drainage to ensure longevity. Trust in the process allowed us to integrate structure, softness, and utility into a cohesive landscape.
