This Wyckoff patio transformation is all about balance—clean geometry, cozy scale, and thoughtful materials that invite use across every inch. Working with the natural topography, Magic Landscaping doubled the original patio footprint with seamless stonework, adding layers of purpose and beauty. Unilock’s Stone Cliff Grey sandstone grounds the space with soft tonal variation, while estate walls create subtle division without disconnect. A grilling station with natural bluestone counters, an elegant fireplace, and a tucked-away serenity garden complete this multifunctional backyard haven.

Project Challenges
Doubling the patio’s size meant more than adding square footage—it meant building intention into every detail. Drew and the Magic team optimized the layout to support multiple activities without sacrificing flow. The new wall systems subtly lift and define the space, supporting elevation shifts while housing beds of layered perennials and shrubs. Tying the old with the new—visually and structurally—required craftsmanship, collaboration, and clear creative vision.
